Description
The expansion tank 95262008 is used in the heating system of a gas boiler to compensate for changes in water volume caused by temperature changes.
Expansion tanks are necessary to prevent the pressure in the heating system from rising when the water is heated. This moves excess water into the expansion tank, which helps to maintain a stable pressure in the system.
It has a 3/8 inch thread for connecting the tank to the heating piping system. Diameter: 390 mm. Thickness: 65 mm.
