Manifold gauge sets, also known as refrigeration manifold gauges, are specialized equipment designed to gather information about the state of the refrigerant in the system to which it is connected, including its pressure levels and overall equipment tightness.

2-valve manifold gauges are intended for controlling the flow of refrigerant and providing high and low-pressure gauge operation.

When connecting the manifold gauge set to a refrigeration unit and a refrigerant cylinder or a vacuum pump, special hoses are used. The valve on the manifold regulates the flow of refrigerant between hoses of different colors. Color-coded gauges (blue and red) are used to measure pressure from different sides - suction and discharge.

In addition to the pressure scale in atmospheres, the gauges may have boiling scales for various refrigerants, with each scale specified for the corresponding refrigerant type.
